Question 1

Is a 28DDD the same in every brand?

Accepted Answer

No - a 28DDD isn't identical across brands, because brands use different sizing systems and cup depths. Here's how a standard US 28DDD translates in the brands we track: ThirdLove 28DDD, Wacoal 28DDD, Panache 28E, Bravissimo 28E, Freya 28E, Elomi 28E, Glamorise 28DDD, b.tempt'd 28DDD, Fantasie 28E. SHEFIT, Kindred Bravely, ENELL size by their own chart instead of band/cup.

Question 2

What are the sister sizes for 28DDD?

Accepted Answer

28DDD's sister sizes — same cup volume, different band — are 30DD. Try a sister size if the band feels too tight or loose but the cup still fits.
